      If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
