The Groz Steel Screw Cutting Gauge ensures precise and accurate thread cutting for machinists and metal workers. Made from high-quality, hardened and polished stainless steel, this gauge has accurate ground surfaces to check tool angle when cutting threads in metal turning lathes. The V slots on the gauge provide a convenient way to check the angle of the thread-cutting tool and the relief at the end of each slot ensures proper seating of the tool for an accurate cut.
This Screw Cutting Gauge is marked with clear indications for various types of threads, including 55° for Whitworth and BSF threads, 47-1/2° for BA threads, 60° for metric and American National threads, and 14-1/2° for Acme threads.

Return Policy, Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
